SimplyLSA ("we", "us") provides software that helps home-service businesses and the agencies that support them manage Google Local Services Ads, QuickBooks invoices, scheduling, and voice-based lead intake. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account information — name, email, organization, role.
Connected accounts — when you authorize Google Local Services Ads or QuickBooks Online, we receive access and refresh tokens scoped to the permissions you grant. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
Business data — leads, appointments, services, invoices, and related records you or your integrations send to SimplyLSA.
Voice intake — when you enable AI phone intake, call transcripts and summaries are stored against the resulting lead.
Usage data — basic logs (timestamps, IP, user agent) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

Operate the product features you use (scheduling, reporting, integrations).
Sync and display data from connected accounts (Google LSA, QuickBooks).
Score, route, and book leads on your behalf.
Secure the service and prevent abuse.
Communicate with you about your account.

Google user data

When you connect a Google account, we request only the scopes needed to read your Local Services Ads lead activity and account information (adwords scope). Google user data is used solely to provide the features you've enabled and is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except as required to operate the service (e.g. our hosting and database providers). You can revoke access anytime from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, database, voice AI when enabled). We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us; tokens and connected-account data are removed immediately upon disconnect.

Your choices

Disconnect any integration from the Connections page.
Request export or deletion of your data by emailing us.
Revoke Google access from your Google account permissions page.
