By creating an account or using SimplyLSA ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
You're responsible for your account credentials and for any activity under your account. Keep them secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
When you connect Google Local Services Ads, QuickBooks Online, or other third-party services, you authorize SimplyLSA to access those accounts on your behalf for the features you've enabled. You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect those accounts.
You own the data you put into the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the Service. We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We work hard to keep the Service running, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for downtime, data loss, or indirect damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
